How do I book a class (Small Group Training)?
Just meet us at the Arena 5 minutes before the class starts
What kind of Training can I expect?
The Small Group Training will be primarily circuit based with High-Intensity Interval Training elements
The class is suitable for all fitness and skill levels
How is the Meal Plan personalised?
You'll have access to your Meal Plan within 24 hours of joining the Spring into Summer Challenge on the RISE Method app
