Requirements

Start Photo

Your Start Photo must be a FRONT facing photo with the START document visible in the photo.

The START document can be printed out or presented digitally on a device. The START document can be held in your hand, or on a surface like a wall or a table. The START document must be visible, particularly on digital devices with glare.

You can take your Start Photo anytime, but the earlier you take the photo, the more time you have for your transformation.

You can wear any attire in your Start Photo (please use discretion). Choose clothing that would best showcase your transformation. We recommend shorts for guys, and shorts + crop top for girls.

You must stand with a neutral posture, with no flexing or twisting of the body.

You will need to save your Start Photo in a safe place on a computer, or device for submission in the final week of the Challenge.

Start Video

The Start Video must show your Front, Side, Back (360 degree) with the START document visible in the video. The video must be Portrait, and at most 20 seconds in length.

Start by facing the camera, then turn to one side, then turn to the back, then the other side, and you’re done.

Similar to the Start Photo, the START document must be visible in the video. You can wear the same attire as the Start Photo, and it would be best to complete the Start Video at the same time as your Start Photo.

You will need to save your Start Video in a safe place on a computer, or device for submission in the final week of the Challenge.

End Photo and Video

The End Photo and End Video have similar requirements to the Start Photo and Start Video.

The primary difference is that you must use the END document instead of the START document.

Click here to download END Document

You must stand with a neutral posture, with no flexing or twisting of the body.

Any major modifications to appearance including heels, tan, hair or makeup can distract and take away from your transformation and are not recommended.

We recommend that you take the End Photo and End Video in the same place, and with the same attire as your Start Photo and Video to showcase your transformation.

Teams Competition

A TEAM will be a team of 2, so you could join with your partner, family member or a friend.

You'll both need to join the Body Transformation Challenge individually but enter the competition together.

You can enter BOTH the Individual and Team category. It's not mandatory to enter as a Team.

TEAM entrants will need to submit your Start and End Photo and Video with both of you together in the same frame/image (so you'll need to be local). No digital editing or photo/video insertion is allowed.

Only one member of the TEAM needs to submit the Start and End Photo and Video.

Judging Criteria

There are 5 categories to win a prize:

  • Weight Loss (Male)
  • Weight Loss (Female)
  • Muscle Gain (Male)
  • Muscle Gain (Female)
  • Overall Transformation (TEAM)

The Weight Loss category will be decided based on the most visually impacting weight loss transformation between the Start and End Photo and Video.

The Muscle Gain category will be decided based on the most visually impacting muscle gain transformation between the Start and End Photo and Video.

The Teams category will be decided based on Overall transformation of both team member.

Responses to Entry Form questions, program usage (workouts, nutrition, progress photos logged), and Social Media may be used to compare shortlisted finalists.

Any indication of photo or video manipulation including, but not limited to the use of filters, augmentation, photo editing tools, and AI will result in disqualification.
